Ricardo is founder and partner of the firm. His area of practice has been Administrative Law and at the same time he has a lot of experience in public administration, where he has been: Mayor of Roatán, (1994-1998), Departmental Governor of Islas de la Bahía (the year 2002 and period 2014 - 2018), Presidential Advisor to the Government of Ricardo Maduro Joest (2003-2006), Executive Director of the Zona Libre Turística / Zolitur (2008-2011)
